Konig’s flow-formed production takes a cast blank with the Dekagram’s face geometry and then forms the barrel under high-pressure rotary rollers, improving the barrel’s structural efficiency and reducing the total weight of the finished wheel below what a purely cast ten-spoke would weigh.
