Shipping and Returns

 

 

Every item that is in stock will be shipped within one business day of receiving a cleared payment. None stocked items will be shipped within 1 day of receiving the item. Please understand that items that are not in stock come directly from the manufactures, lead times will vary based on stock availability. Feel free to contact us at any time for the latest stock availability information. Each order will be shipped in order from which the order was made and the payment is confirmed. All items will be shipped through, Yamato Japan, EMS, FedEx, or UPS at our discretion.

 

 

Our pricing, exchange rates, money handling, product handling

 

 

  1. We are a legally registered company based in Japan, we are not responsible for the constant change of exchange rates, all payments or refunds will be paid in USD or JPY, and throughout the transaction the same currency will be used.
  2. At any given point our product prices can change due to material demands. We are not responsible for any specification changes that a manufacturer/ maker may do at any given time.
  3. We will not be held responsible for any import taxes, duties or any other fees incurred based on your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  4. Most products may be shipped with insurance coverage. In the case of lost or stolen goods, we will not be held responsible for this. In most cases a dispute will need to be filed with the shipping company.
  5. In the case of a customer wishing to cancel their order, we will charge a 10% to 30% restocking fee.
  6. We will not be held responsible for any shipment delays due to circumstances outside of our control.
