We’ll confirm:
- Item availability
- Total cost including fees, shipping, and taxes
- Estimated delivery time
We bid, negotiate, and communicate with the seller on your behalf. We verify item condition and seller rating to avoid scams.
For auctions with a “Buy Now” price we will have purchased immediately, for auction style listings we will place the bid amount of your choice. Once the item has arrived and our team has it packed up, we can give you a complete quote shipping included to your door. We will request the full payment.
Note: For wholesale customers we offer a special program with a balance. Contact us for more information.
Once it arrives at our Japan HQ, we inspect and prepare it for international shipping. You pay the remaining balance (if any), and we ship directly to your door.
Fees & Transparency
We charge a simple service fee based on item value:
- We charge a flat rate fee of 6%, no hidden charges

What’s Not Included:
- Import taxes or duties in your country, please note that these vary by country.
