HPI Constant-Tension Spring Clamp — #24

The HPI Constant-Tension Spring Clamp — #24 — a worm-drive clamp with an integral spring, so the clamping torque stays constant through heat cycles.

Brand: HPI
Product Name: HPI Constant-Tension Spring Clamp — #24
Type: Spring-loaded hose clamp
Size: #24
Clamping range: see band stamp
Part Number: HPHB-024

Fully sealed 360° — no gap in the band.

An ordinary worm-drive clamp can lose grip when a hose cold-sets after heat cycling; this one has a spring built into the body so the clamping torque self-adjusts. Fully sealed around the hose for an even bite with no leak points.

Features:

• Spring-Loaded: Internal spring keeps the clamping torque constant through heat cycles.
• Prevents Pipe Pull-Out: Guards against fatigue and thermal-expansion slip that lets rubber hoses walk off.
• 360° Full Seal: The band closes with no slot, so the seal is even all the way around.
• Size #24: Spans the diameter range stamped on the clamp.
• Workshop Grade: Built to hold under boost and sustained engine-bay heat.

For boost-pipe and coolant-hose joins where a worm-drive is marginal.
