Where the ARC-8 prioritizes stiffness data above all else, the EC-7 balances the same engineering discipline with a cleaner, more visually accessible spoke layout. Seven spokes give a larger window between spoke pairs than eight, showing brake hardware more clearly on wide-rim fitments and reading as a sportier profile on smaller diameters. Flow-formed barrel construction carries over from the ARC-8 program: the preform is cast, then barrel-spun to compress and align the grain before final machining. APEX’s motorsport load ratings apply to both wheels in the flow-formed lineup.
