bbs-fi-r-wheel
BBS FI-R Wheel

BBS FI-R — a flow-formed 1-piece aluminum wheel offering BBS engineering quality at a price below the forged multi-piece LM and CI lines, with a spoke design that fits European and JDM sport car applications.

Brand: BBS Kraftfahrzeugtechnik
Construction: Flow-formed 1-piece
Material: Aluminum alloy
Design: Multi-spoke, flow-formed
Note: Priced per wheel.

Description:

The FI-R is BBS’s response to drivers who want the brand’s manufacturing discipline without the price of a fully forged or multi-piece design. Flow forming spins the barrel from a cast preform, compressing grain structure in the section that sees the highest fatigue loads — delivering a measurable improvement over a conventional casting at a price point that makes BBS accessible to a wider range of builds. The spoke design draws from the FI forged wheel’s language, keeping design continuity across the lineup while serving a different price tier.

Features:

• Flow-Formed Barrel: Barrel spun from cast preform for grain-structure improvement over conventional casting.

• FI-Inspired Spoke Design: Visual language aligned with the forged FI line; a coherent entry into the BBS catalog.

• BBS Quality Standard: German manufacturing specifications including TUV certification.

• Street-Sport Fitment Range: Sizes covering popular European and Japanese sport car applications.

BBS engineering discipline and finish quality in a flow-formed 1-piece wheel at an accessible price point.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0665/8542/8286/files/0_75dec208-ccd3-41c4-ad5c-6860f77bb1cf.jpg?v=1792899763
